Bar Service Policies

HOST PAID BAR

Host Bar Service on Consumption

Option 1: Sponsor pays for the entire bill, based on alcohol consumed. Liquor is determined on a tenth of a bottle basis. 21% taxable service charge and 6% Kentucky sales tax will be added to the final invoice.

  • Premium Spirits − $9/drink
  • Cordials − $11/drink
  • House Wine − $35.00
  • Domestic Beer − $6.00
  • Import Beer − $7.00
  • Soft Drinks (including bottled water) − $2.00

Option 2: (per person)

  • First Hour − $18
  • Second Hour − $7.50
  • Third Hour − $7.50
  • Additional Hours − $5

CASH BAR

Each guest pays for each drink as they are served. If sales fail to reach the $500 minimum, a bartending fee will be applied to the final bill. All cash bars require one cashier per 50 guests, billed at $25 per hour, maximum of four hours

BARTENDERS

Bartenders are furnished at no charge, if sales amount to a minimum of $500 per bar. If sales are less than $500, a charge of $50 for the first hour, and $25 each additional hour per bartender will apply. Both host and cash bars are subject to this charge.

Above prices include all mixers, ice, glassware, stirrers, and bar equipment. All prices are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL NOTICE

Alcoholic beverages or set-ups brought in by our guests are not permitted. This is in accordance with Alcoholic Beverage Control’s Ordinance concerning licensed premises. Closing time for all bars may not exceed 1:30 a.m., in accordance with Kentucky’s beverage laws. Bars will be open for a maximum of four hours and will close 30 minutes before the end of your event
